David B. Frost's Story
David B. Frost began his career at Morgan Stanley in Institutional Equity Derivatives. During his time at MS, he managed Hedge Fund Sales Trading, was a leader in the firm’s recruiting program, taught in its training program, and played a significant role in growing the firm’s derivatives platform for hedge fund clients.
In 2008, David joined New Mountain Capital to launch a risk management strategy and build a trading desk for the firm’s hedge fund, which held approximately $1 billion dollars in assets. In 2010, he was promoted to Co-Portfolio Manager, helping to grow the fund to over $2 billion dollars in assets.
After 2 decades in finance, David shifted his focus toward something he had been building alongside it: the development of people and leaders. He founded Balance Yoga & Wellness, launched Charpack LLC, and joined fassforward Consulting Group, where he now serves as Co-CEO and Head of Executive Coaching.
David received his A.B. magna cum laude from Princeton University. He and his wife have 4 children and live in Westchester County.
