David spent two decades in finance before moving into the development of people and leaders. He began at Morgan Stanley in Institutional Equity Derivatives, where he managed Hedge Fund Sales Trading. In 2008 he joined New Mountain Capital to launch a risk management strategy and build a trading desk, and in 2010 was promoted to Co-Portfolio Manager, helping grow the fund to over $2 billion dollars in assets. He received his A.B. magna cum laude from Princeton University.
